Job Responsibilities:

• Sanitize and sort all vegetables and fruits needed.


• Prepare all the needed ingredients for daily operation.
• Make sure that all chillers for keeping ingredients are in hygienic condition and all items
are in FIFO system.
• Ensure that all items are labeled properly (expiration date, lot coding, etc.)
• Prepare and pack food for major customers such as Big Coffee Shops, Hotel and
Catering.
• Keep the work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the
Hotel.
• Proper rotation of all ingredients - first in - first out.
• Doing some other task given by the Executive Sous Chef.
• Support Chef in the daily operation and work.
• Coordinates with colleagues whenever necessary regarding operational problems.
• Familiarize with the operational procedures of all equipment in section and operates them
in the correct manner to ensure the maximum efficiency and personal safety.
• Help the other Chefs and colleagues in their duties.
• Participates in any scheduled training and development program that may improve
personal or departmental standards.
