The similarities and differences with the research about the new model radio frequency

identification-based school id system with short message services and audio-visual

notification. Base on our research Radio-Frequency Identification works through a small
electronic device, usually a microchip, that has information stored on it. There are many
different uses for the technology, but it is commonly used in tracking, checking student log
in and log out in the school. The system has two basic parts: tags and readers. The reader
gives off radio waves and gets signals back from the RFID tag, while the tag uses radio
waves to communicate its identity and other information. An RFID system provides
security to the daily operations of the school staff as well as to the students. Since
attendance is monitored via RFID, no student can get in or walk out of the school without
the institution taking notice. This information is immediately transferred to the parents, so
any risk regarding student safety is has been diminished. Both the system had a new
development in school by enhancing of RFID. While Olipas create a safer and more secure
learning environment and encourage the use of new technologies about RFID but with no
specific identification system. 2 Both have a faster new technology in enhancing to the
orderliness of the school. Our research use RFID system with the SMS notification send to
the parents or guardians of the student by taping their id card in the reader. The data
gathered is stored in the AITV room to security references in and out of the student in the
campus. Parent-school communication is crucial and extremely difficult in academic
institutions. Mutual understanding demands our best efforts. The system described
Mojares, et., al. the advent of technology, communication becomes faster and easier in a tap
of a fingertips. 3 both the system had automated attendance monitoring and security
references for the student entering the school. It can record instructor and student
attendance, create school entry records, calculate tardiness and absences, and provide a
comprehensive user interface for its target user's attendance monitoring and
administration. Our research use RFID system with the audio-visual notification by tapping
the reader of the id card user that view in the monitor. While Velasco, R. M. the system is
web-based and it can be utilized on any OS platform by specifying the IP Address through a
web browser.4 both the system have attendance checking, tracking and same water fall
model use, in order to achieve academically and develop into valued members of the school
community, student who attend courses on a regular basis have an advantage. Keeping
track of their attendance and time at school is also crucial. Our research described the
importance of having an RFID system that secured the welfare of the student parent and
member of the school also the security data gathered that store AITV. While Acasamoso, et.,
al. Attendance plays an important part in education-students who attend classes regularly
have a higher chance of succeeding in school and becoming a valued member of the school
community.5 both the system had a RFID uses like attendance checking, student
monitoring, date base and store data. In order to monitor teacher attendance records and
facilitate frequent class schedule checks at schools, high school and collages, a distributed
system application was implemented and presented in this work. Our research had features
like SQL and Audio-visual notification that had a quality of a good RFID system with long
term condition, whereas Teleron, J. I. the HR department installed the server with a
middleware running and database to store data. 7 In essence, both system use RFID had a
security features combinations bar code is used to log in and log out. Our research is base in
checking attendance, monitoring the student and sending SMS notification for parent and
guardian of student while Raguindin, et., al focus an automated laboratory.8 both system
had use of RFID, attendance logs are captured by radio-frequency identification (RFID)
scanners at the entrance and exit gates of the campus. Students’ identification cards are
embedded with a chip that uses radio frequency to communicate data to a reader. The
mobile application pulls data from the database through a web service to reflect whether or
not the student gets inside the campus. The presence of the students in their respective
classes is further checked by the faculty through a user interface. Our research use SMS
notification to send the parents and guardian if the student log in and log out the school
during present time while Go, et., al use the system implements cloud-based notification
services called Google Cloud Messaging for Android (GCM). 9 both the system uses RFID for
informing parents of their students' critical statuses, such as arrival time and departure
time, employing RFID helps to ensure the safety of the students. RFID technology makes it
simple to follow students, improving safety and security in the designated area. Our
research use SQL programming language that utilizes the safety of the system while DE
MESA, et., al. use of the Python programming language that utilizes the operation of the
solenoid locks and electromagnetic locks of the smart pigeonhole locker. 10 Both system
uses RFID system and SMS alert an automated attendance tracking may be more efficient
than manual tracking. The manual process of marking attendance is not always efficient
because it takes more time to organize records and figure out each student's average
attendance. Attendance verification by hand can be laborious, erratic, and error-prone.
Because individuals are fallible, there's a chance that when manually verifying attendance,
someone can inadvertently switch out information, leading to inconsistent data entry or
handwritten orders. Our research had features like audio visual notification and displaying
pictures of the student in the monitoring area while Antonio, et., al. had lack of the data
security. 11 Both system had new technology innovation and some people have embraced
the new technological trend because of its benefits. A system that addresses student
absenteeism that is created in various ways across the globe is the attendance tracking
system. Students can use the reader to scan their Identity Barcode, which is then stored in
the database and used to send a text message (SMS) to their parents via the Global System
for Mobile Communications (GSM) network regarding the specific subjects or events. Our
research had a RFID with features of audio-visual notification while Guevarra, et., al. had no
features and no data security of the system. 12 Each system used RFID and any system
devices connected to the internet are considered to be part of the Internet of Things (IoT).
It has hardware, sensors, and software incorporated in it that interacts with a physical
system to gather data and operate the interface. Our research base in checking attendance
log in and log out and sending a SMS alert to the parent or guardian if the student entered
the school while Serrano, et., al. article base in physically associated with the participation
of the executive's structure. The customer is utilizing distinguishing proof information with
following labels. 13 each system used RFID, one of the greatest methods for monitoring
student arrivals and departures is RFID. Apart from being convenient, it will help the
parent-teacher relationship by enabling them to track and monitor the student's academic
progress with just one touch. By tapping the RFID, it will display their arrival and departure
times. Their attendance will be automatically recorded, and it will be simple to calculate
their salary depending on the type of work they do, whether it be part-time or full-time.
Our research had features like audio-visual and SMS alert to the parent it their student
entered the school while Gabatbat, et., al describe RFID is one of the best ways to track the
student's in and out. 14 Each system had a technology innovation and many features
inserted firm should consider the strategic value of attendance checking. Our research used
RFID to checking attendance of the student, sending SMS notification to the parent-
guardian and have an audio-visual notification while Reynoso, et., al. Tempus is an
automated attendance monitoring system that uses face recognition technology for input,
real-time IoT capabilities for processing, and portability of mobile platforms for output. 15
Each system had a vision to the safety of the student in order to support their needs in
recording, maintaining, and managing the cumulative records of the students, as well as
tendered admission slips of the students to monitor their attendance and referred incident
reports by teachers for their observed behavior inside the school, Guidance Records
Management System with Short Message Service (SMS) Notification was developed. Our
research use RFID with audio-visual notification, SMS alert to the parent-guardian and have
a date security stored in AITV while Agustin, et. al. focus on The Guidance Records
Management System with Short Message Service (SMS) Notification.
