Course Requirements and Class Rules:

1. Links on-line classes, which shall be used for the rest of the semester shall be provided
before the first meeting.

2. All students are expected to have joined the session no later than five (5) minutes after the
scheduled beginning of the class.

3. No gadgets other than that which is used for the on-line class are allowed.

4. Recording of on-line class sessions shall not be allowed without the express consent of the
Professor and all the members of the class present during the said session.

5. No one is allowed to leave the meeting once the class has started unless there is a life and
death situation, subject to my assessment.

6. There is no required textbook but the sequence as presented in this course outline will be
followed during class discussions. Make the necessary adjustments viz a vis your choice of
reference because the world does not revolve around you and I will not modify this
syllabus to accommodate.

7. Classes will be held in a blended learning manner. Students are encouraged to attend on-
line sessions intended for discussions.

8. Requirements:

a. Scanned individual handwritten case digests shall be uploaded in a google folder

created by the class beadle. Folders per student must be set up. Deadline: One week
after the last final exam (Non-extendible).
b. Quizzes for the midterm and final periods.
c. Revalida
d. Class project, depending on how miserable your midterm standing is.
e. Midterm Exam.
f. Final Exam.

NB: No special quiz or major exams will be given to those who will miss the same unless
they are dying or dead.

9. Grading System shall be as follows:

Class Standing before Midterms 16.67%

- Class standing will consist of individual
recitations, individual assignments, quizzes,
class projects, and other activities as may be
assigned by the Professor
Midterm Examination Grade 16.67%
Class Standing after Midterm Exams 33.33%
- Class standing will consist of individual
recitations, individual assignments, quizzes,
class projects, case digests and other activities
as may be assigned by the Professor
Final Examination Grade 33.33%
