UNIT 1: SPEAKING TASK: MY LAST DESTINATION (INDIVIDUAL TASK)

Follow these instructions:(3-5 minutes presentation)


a) Introduce yourself
b) Say the name of the place you are going to describe.
c) Explain why you went to that destination.
d) Did you visit it with your family, friends, classmates? When? How long did you stay?
e) Speak about the advantages of the place: lodge, weather, places to visit, culture, history, food…
f) Mention at least one/two disadvantage/s of the place.
g) In your opinion: would you go there again? Why? Why not? Would you recommend it? Why not?
h) Support your speech with a presentation: in Canvas, Prezi, Powerpoint,… While talking about the place,
describe the picture. Use them to help you in the development of your speech.
i) No text in the presentation, please.
j) Use the vocabulary given and the tenses we have worked on this unit (past tenses)
k) Upload the presentation (EVAGD): deadline 17th November, 2023.
l) Presentations will take place from 20th/November to 23rd/November.
