OFFICER
Through "Transformational agroecology across food, land, and
water systems (AE I: Agroecological Initiative)" PRADAN in
collaboration with International Water Management
Institute (IWMI) aim to develop and scale agroecological
innovations for small-scale farmers, and other agricultural and
food-system actors. The initiative aims to collaboratively design,
test, and modify agroecological practices throughout the entire
food production-to-consumption continuum along with
establishing connections between markets and investments
while considering policy dimensions and consumer behaviors.

Action (PRADAN), a non-government, non-
profit organization working with India's
marginalized rural population, is looking for
an enthusiastic researcher to join our team.
MANDLA, MADHYA PRADESH
1 YEAR

ELIGIBILITY
Master's degree in Social Work/ Social
Science/ Agriculture.
Previous experience in collaborating with
women collectives and government
functionaries like Block & District-level
officers and SRLM.
Well-versed with diverse research
methodologies, data collection, and
statistical analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and
executing research projects.
Proficiency in written and verbal
communication skills in English and Hindi.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-depth literature reviews and
stay updated on field developments.
Employ diverse research methodologies to
collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Assist in implementing various livelihood
prototypes on the ground.
Contribute to the creation of research
publications, reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with partner research officers,
analysts, and professionals.
