 Being a Non-profitable professional association ERGRF encourages students with financial
constraints to complete their dream innovation by funding their research work through its
“Research Funding”. ERGRF funds number of research scholars working in the field of
Engineering, Science & Technology. ERGRF funds many research Institutes, Universities and
Industries to develop engineering research for the development of humanity.
 Students, Researchers, Academicians and Professionals are encouraged to reach us for a
proposal of research funding. Our commitments and dedication of transformation with recent
developments in the field of engineering & technology are reformed with our R&D
consultancy and services.
 We support post graduate and post-doctoral researchers for completion for higher studies with
proper professional guidance and academic support. Our renowned experts with wizards of
science support corporates companies and industries to troubleshoot technical challenges.
Relieving our researchers from financial constraints in our priority, which makes us work with
our research funding scheme to support innovation in India.
 Professional and Student members of ERGRF can submit proposal (if any) for research

 FACULTY EXCHANGE PROGRAMME
• ERGRF faculty exchange programs would provide participants with the opportunity to teach
or conduct research for one semester, One week or one month at an overseas university.
• Faculty members having ERGRF Membership would benefit from exposure to a culturally
varied and diverse faculty make-up, with an opportunity to exchange ideas and observe a
variety of styles.
• In order to facilitate the process, Foreign universities and Indian institutions collaborated with
ERGRF can develop plans for a faculty exchange programs.
• To ensure that the faculty exchange runs properly, ERGRF insists to understand the
responsibilities of Foreign universities and Indian institutions as outlined below.

 SHORT-TERM FACULTY EXCHANGE PROGRAM PROPOSAL

₤ The purpose of this program is to match faculty members (having ERGRF Membership) from
the Institutions collaborated with ERGRF for the partial design and teaching of a course.
₤ Each professor will be expected to travel to the partner institution for a week, a month or a
semester.
₤ In that week, month or semester the professor will teach a class, meet with other faculty
members in order to discuss future potential projects, give an open lecture to the community,
etc. An institutional support form is required.

Expected Results
₤ Expose students to international faculty members, promote internationally curricula, promote
joint teaching programs, integrate activities with students from universities in different
countries, open doors to possibilities for future collaborations.

₤ This form must be submitted by the interested Faculty Member having ERGRF Membership.
 INPLANT TRAINING
 Inplant training is a short duration training course for students to develop their skills and get
industrial knowledge which will help you to understand what is actually happens in industry.
 Inplant training is important for Engineering students as it gives industry exposure to them
while studying. Inplant training adds credits to the students during their placements.
 They provide inplant training and internships for the students of engineering and arts.
 Its usefulness varies depending on which branch you are, and which company you did an
Inplant Training.
