Project: FINISH MONDIAL

 Worked closely with Executive Director to develop business model for pro-poor communities, prioritizing
women in Sanitation and Fecal Sludge management sector.
 Conducted Baseline survey in Satkhira, Shakhi Pur and Faridpur Municipality for feasibility study.
 Produced quarterly report to donor (WASTE: Netherlands) and achieved set goals.
 Organized programs with Municipality authorities and residents and gave presentations on project.
 Developed capacity building tools (training manuals) for entrepreneurs to start and maintain business.
 Managed project staffs and successfully carried out all project activities.

Project: WASH-SDG

 Followed up with WASH-SDG women entrepreneurs and created case study profiles.
 Prepared 1st draft of year book “Women’s journey to entrepreneurship” under the funding of SIMAVI,
Netherlands.
 Ran awareness raising program against Covid-19 directed towards WASH frontline workers and
Entrepreneurs.
