platform of length 1.5L meter in 25 seconds. Find the Time
(approximate) taken by train to cross a man who run in same
direction of train at the speed of 2 m/s.

(Q2) A and B entered into a business with investment of

Rs.4000 and Rs.3000. after 4 months, A withdraws 25% of the
investment while B Invest Rs.1000 more. If profit share of B is
Rs.1100, then find the annual profit.

(Q3) There is set A of four consecutive even numbers and set

B of 4 consecutive odd numbers. The square of sum of lowest
and highest even no. is 196 while average of given 4 odd
numbers is 10. Find the sum of highest even numbers and
highest odd number.

(Q4) The ratio of upstream to downstream speed of a
boat The ratio of spirit and water in two mixtures of 24
liters and 42 liters is 7 : 5 and 5 : 9 respectively. Both
the mixtures are mixed together. Now the ratio of the
spirit and water in the new mixture is

three children. If the average of his three children’s age is 11
years, then find the average age of Vijay and his three
