REFLECTIONS: Direction: In 100-200 words, write your reflection regarding the life
lessons mentioned in this module.
Art is everywhere, whether we know to look or not. This module makes me realize that
having a good relationship is already an art because Art is where we can express our emotions.
Arts is like a life where they also have the ability to express their feelings and wants to transmit
message to everyone whoever they want. I've learned that anything we do, everything we act
and whatever we say, art is everywhere. Wherever you go including walking, jogging,
exercising, applying make up, and even performing any kinds of household chores. Art is good
for our health. We "make" ourselves when we engage in creative efforts. In addition to
encouraging self-reflection, art is good for our general health and welfare.
