 3. Installation standard - Do not apply overload to the compressor at low-speed idling of motor in the preparation stage. If the
compressor is overloaded, the engine may be affected or resonant. Therefore, open the discharge valve to

4.1 Preparation for discharge

Solution Oil is not supplied normally if the oil filter or oil inlet tube is blocked.
: Penetrate the blocked part or remove air.
4) Cause : Damaged taper roller bearing of the crank shaft
Solution Replace inner/outer lace of the bearing, and check and replace oil
: inside the oil box.
5) Cause : The taper roller bearing of the crank shaft is loose to the axial side.
6) Cause : The rotator is touched by other part in the cylinder.
7) Cause : Damaged needle bearing of the rotator
Solution : Check if the inner/outer lace is touched by other parts, and replace
the parts before replacing bearings.
8) Cause : Damaged deep ball bearing at the end of the rotator
Solution Since grease is exhausted, replace bearings and oil room at the

6.3 No increase of air pressure or decreased air amount

(Consider the time to reach certain pressure level if there is an auxiliary tank)

1) Cause : Damaged intake and discharge valve

2) Cause : Worn / damaged carbon
3) Cause : Overload caused by blocked intake filter
