1.1) INTRODUCTION

For the FPA 100 assignments, we had to choose one project to create as our
innovation project. According to the scope of the innovation students need to do the
innovation project by using recycled materials. As said, we just used recycled materials
for our innovation project to create our project items. The project items that we create
are related to agricultural and plant nursery. Based on the problems that we see in the
farm field; we make these items to solve the problems. We are pretty sure with our
upgraded items can solve the problem smoothly.

1.2) PROBLEMS

As we can see at the field farm when we want to apply fertilizer, we are using
different buckets for different fertilizers such as mustard seed and spinach seed. We
brought the bucket along the way to the plants bed just to apply one variety of seeds.
Then, if we want to use the different seeds from before, we need to fill the bucket again
and walk again to the same location. We think this action consumes too much energy
and time just to finish the seedling. So, we created one item to solve this problem.

1.3) INNOVATION PROJECT

We name our project innovation as “Seed Container”. There are 2 sections in this
seed container where 2 different types of seeds can be placed in various compartments.
When we are ready to use, simply add the seeds to the container through the space
that have been made. The seeds will emerge through the entrance. To select the seeds
we wish to use, we simply flip the handle to turn around. With the help of this invention,
we may simultaneously plant 2 different kinds of seeds and more if we upgraded the
project.

1.4) USES/ADVANTAGES OF THE PROJECT

This innovation project's main use is to plant 2 different types of seed in a single
container. Fit the name as "Seed Container". We can save time and energy by using
this seed container. It's because we can simultaneously sow 2 different kinds of seeds.
To simultaneously plant several seeds, we don't need to bring buckets one by one at
one time. Using this concept, we can simplify farm work.

1.9) CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

a) Conclusion

We are sure that by using this innovative product, we can lighten the work in the
garden a little. Not only can save time but also the production cost is very little.
It's worth the effort to use this equipment.

b) Recommendation

For this innovation work we only use recycled materials, so the quality of the
materials is quite low. However, if this equipment can be produced using better
materials, we are sure this equipment will be warmly welcomed in the field of
agriculture.
