三、流程简述
Process Brief Description
原料空气从大气中经空气过滤器吸入，经空气过滤器除去尘埃及其它机械杂质，然后进入无油空
压机,经二级压缩至 0.7MPa（G）左右，经后冷却器冷却，进入预冷机组预冷至 5～10℃，再进
入切换式分子筛纯化器，空气中的水份、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物被吸收。分子筛纯化器由二只填
充分子筛的容器组成，其中一只在使用，另一只则由来自冷箱中的污氮经电加热器加热后对分子
筛进行再生。
Raw material air is put through a filter to remove dust and mechanical matter, inhaled by air
filter from the atmosphere to remove dust and other mechanical impurities, and enter into
injection screw air compressor, through the secondary compression to 0.7MPa (gauge
pressure), cooled by after-cooler, enter into the air refrigeration unit ，and precooling to 5 ~ 10
ºC, and enter into the oil mist filter group after removed oil then to the switch type molecular
sieve purifier, the moisture in the air, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons are absorbed.
Molecular sieve purifier is composed of two filling molecular sieve containers, one is in use, and
the other one is regenerating the molecular sieve after waste nitrogen in the cold box heated by
electric heater.
空气经净化后，除小部分气体作为气体轴承透平膨胀机的轴承气体，其余均进入空分冷箱，在主
热交换器中被返流气体（纯氧、纯氮、污氮等）冷却，部分空气从主换热器中部抽出，进入透平
膨胀机膨胀制冷，大部分膨胀后的空气经膨胀过冷器，被上塔的氧气冷却后送入上塔，少部分直
接旁通入污氮通道，经复热后出冷箱，其余加工空气在主换热器中继续冷却达到接近液空温度进
入下塔。
After air purification, small part as bearing gas of the gas-bearing expansion turbine, the rest
were in the cold air box, the reflux gas in the main heat exchanger (oxygen, pure nitrogen and
waste nitrogen etc.)is cooling, Part of the air is withdrawn from the central heat exchanger to
expand into the expander to cool, most of the expansion of the air through the expansion of the
cooler,the oxygen cooled to the top of the tower, a small number of direct bypass into the
sewage nitrogen channel, after the hot go out the cold box, the rest processing air in the main
heat exchanger to continue cooling to close to the liquid temperature into the bottom of the
tower.
在下塔中，空气被初步分离成氮气和富氧液空。气氮在主冷中被冷凝液化，同时主冷的低压侧液
氧被气化，部分液氮作为下塔回流液，另一部分液氮从下塔顶部引出，经液空液氮过冷器由纯氮
和污氮气过冷并节流后送入上塔顶部。液空经过冷后节流送入上塔中部作回流液。
In the bottom of the tower, the air was initially separated into nitrogen and enriched liquid
oxygen . Nitrogen is condensed and liquefied in the main cooling, at the same time, the cold
side of the main cold liquid oxygen is gasified, partial liquid nitrogen as reflux liquid in the lower
tower, another part of liquid nitrogen lead to from the top of the tower, after sub-cooler nitrogen
and waste nitrogen cooled and throttled then go to the top of the tower. The liquid air is sent
into the middle part of the upper tower after cooling and is used as a reflux liquid.
产品氧气从上塔下部引出，并经膨胀空气过冷器、主换热器复热后送出塔外，污氮从上塔上部引
出，并在过冷器及主换热器复热后送出塔外，部分作为分子筛纯化器再生气体。纯氮气从上塔顶
部引出，经液空液氮过冷器及主换热器复热后送出塔外。
The product is drawn from the lower oxygen tower, and the expansion of the air cooler, heat
exchangers, RE heat sent outside the tower, waste nitrogen leads from the upper tower, and in
the cooler and the main heat exchanger heat recovery after sending out of the tower, as part of
molecular sieve regeneration gas. Pure nitrogen is led out from the top of the tower, and then
sent out through the liquid nitrogen after liquid nitrogen cooler and the main heat exchanger.

五、仪电控系统
Instrument Control System
KDO-50 型成套空分设备仪电控系统的设计原则为机旁柜控制，说明如下：
The overall design principle for instrumentation & electrical design of theKDON-
100/200ASU is local control on each individual unit, with detailed description as
follows:
1. 空气压缩机、预冷机等自带电控箱和操作面板、现场仪表，设有报警及操作按钮。
Air compressor, air refrigeration unitand so on with their own electric control box and the
operation panel, the instrument, with alarm and operation buttons.
2. 分子筛纯化器、电加热器、透平膨胀机及分馏塔设有一台空分机旁柜，设有压力、温度、
流量、液位显示及操作按钮。
Purification device, electric heater, turbo expander and the fractionating tower are
provided with an empty extension cabinet, with pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level
display and operation button.
