LETTER OF ADMISSION

With reference to your application for admission into IHERIS University, We are pleased to inform
you that you have been offered a provisional admission into 200 LEVEL in the Department of
COMPUTER ENGINEERING under the faculty of PURE AND APPLY SCIENCES for the duration
of Two (2) years on the following terms and conditions:

1. You shall be required to appear for registration in person on the stated resumption date.
2. At the time of Registration you shall be required to produce the original copies of the following
documents:
a. Evidence of payment of school fees and other charges
b. SSCE Result not more than two sittings
c. Four Passport Photograph with white background
d. One passport photograph of sponsor/Guardian
e. International/ECOWAS passport for your travel and NYSC Mobilization
f. Birth Certificate
Please note that this offer of admission is tentative and contingent upon a candidate meeting all
the requirement and conditions for admission as stipulated in this admission letter.
The University reserve the right to revoke/cancel the admission at any time during your stay at the
University if a case of false information, misrepresentation and misconduct is discovered for a
candidate who may not have obtained the requisite qualifying result for registration and final year
clearance His/Her admission shall remain provisional until such result (Containing the necessary
grades) and such clearance requirements are submitted.
By acceptance of this offer of admission through compliance with all registration requirements it is
construed that you have accepted to abide by all the rules and regulations issued by the University
Authorities from time to time. Non observance of any of the condition, rules and regulations may
result to your expulsion from the University.
