General Instructions

Venues, timings and the purpose of the event will be accompanied in the message
forwarded.
Please adhere to the following instructions in the Auditorium:
• Students are requested to be seated according to the allotment.
• The doors will be closed 10 mins prior, please ensure that students are seated in the
Auditorium before the sessions starts.
• Attendance will be taken by the Class teachers/Subject Teachers inside the auditorium.
• Usage of Phone is Strictly Prohibited.
• During the sessions the students are not allowed to eat, sleep or disturb the session.
• Id Card must be worn always during the session.
• All the Students must abide to the instructions given by the organizers
