Present Different Posters and Text on the Board and distribute the group of text to
each group created.
B. Establishing a purpose
of the lesson
(MOTIVATION)
Watch a commercial and ask students to list down some conventional scene shown
in the clips.
nietchcal Odces- ways in which equipment is used to tell the story (camera
techniques, framing, depth of fields, lighting and exposure, etc.)
Licysmbo odces- show what is beneath the surface of what we see (objects,
setting, body language, clothing, color, etc. )

speech bubbles, language style, etc. )
Divide the students into small groups and provide each group with different media
texts.
In their groups, students will analyze the codes, conventions, and messages present
in the media texts.
