AFFIDAVIT OF NON-SUBDIVISION PROJECT

I, JOSE M. MONDRAGON, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Barangay

Bagong Bayan, Puerto Princesa City, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the same Jose M. Mondragon who is the lawful owner of the One
Thousand (1,000) Square Meters more or less of a certain parcel of land known
and identified as LOT 1-B-2-F, PSD-04-033449, located at Bgy. Bancao-Bancao,
Puerto Princesa City, containing an area of One Thousand (1,000) Square Meters
more or less, covered by CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 12854;

2. I caused the subdivision of the said real property into several sub-lots now
known and identified with Sub-lots Nos. as follows;

LOT 1-B-2-F-1 200 square meters

LOT 1-B-2-F-2 200 square meters
LOT 1-B-2-F-3 200 square meters
LOT 1-B-2-F-4 200 square meters
LOT 1-B-2-F-5 200 square meters

3. Wherein the corresponding subdivision plan and technical descriptions were

duly approved pursuant to PD 1529 by the National Land Titles and Deeds
Registration Administration;

4. The aforementioned subdivision of real property into several sub-lots does not
in any way involved in a subdivision project of whatsoever nature of kind;

5. I am executing this Affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve under the premises.
