I was given the chance to interview Gabriela Sobral, the proprietor of the travel
company Bemore Study, whom I got to know through shared connections. As followed
Gabriela's company grow from the beginning, and I was curious to know more about
the company’s value, how Gabriela capitalized on her business, how she faced growth
obstacles, and how she handled potential global issues to Bemore Study. I was also
curious to know if she had promoted any corporate responsibility, social responsibility,
or environmental activities.

Gabriela began by describing how her travel agency was founded to provide her clients
with high-quality, individualized services. Her tour company fills this need after she
noticed that many individuals want to travel but lack the time or ability to plan an
entire trip. To make your trip exceptional, Gabriela offers a full package that includes
customized itineraries, airline tickets, lodging, sightseeing, transfers, applications for
Canadian colleges, and other services.

Gabriela emphasized that while initially, it was difficult to discover the proper product
or service, she has now committed time and money to investigate dependable
partners and guarantee that her consumers have a wonderful experience. Gabriela has
also put a lot of effort into getting to know her potential customers and understand
their expectations, which has aided her in developing a compelling value offer for
Bemore Study.

According to Gabriela, the company's growth was slow and gradual due to a lack of
resources and fierce market competition. She concentrated on giving her first clients
high-quality, individualized service, which aided in the establishment of a solid basis
for her company and enhanced her word-of-mouth advertising. Gabriela was
committed to expanding her alliances and enhancing the customer experience, which
resulted in giving customers more choices and organic growth.

Gabriela, however, also made a conscious effort to grow her company, looking for new
market niches and spending money on marketing and advertising. It has issues with
some particular partners as well as expansion obstacles such as a lack of funding to
broaden its service area. Gabriela surmounted these obstacles with tenacity, diligence,
and a well-planned growth strategy.

Gabriela added that she initially funded her business out of her resources. It invested
in the supplies and tools required to launch the travel business, including a computer,
phone, reservation system, and advertising systems. She was able to reinvest her
income as the company expanded into more marketing and promotion to increase her
clientele. Gabriela further claimed that to pay for research visits to different Canadian
regions and colleges so that she could properly advise each customer, she had to turn
to a bank loan.
Gabriela emphasized the significance of having a strong business plan, effective local
market research, and a demonstrated track record of performance before seeking
finance when asked for advice for entrepreneurs looking for growth capital. Also, she
advised business owners to be realistic about their aspirations for growth and their
capacity to repay loans, as well as to look into alternate financing possibilities.

Being the proprietor of a travel agency, Gabriela notes that she is particularly
conscious of the international hazards that can have an impact on her business. As a
recent illustration of a global danger that had a big effect on her organization, she cited
the COVID-19 epidemic. Several trips and reservations had to be cancelled, which cost
her money and necessitated refunding people.

Gabriela also brought up the possibility of the tourism sector being badly impacted by
extreme weather conditions including storms, earthquakes, and hurricanes. Due to
weather-related occurrences, she said, many consumers postpone or cancel vacations,
which can cost her business money.

Gabriela also stressed the significance of understanding current international political

and economic circumstances. A nation's political or economic unrest may have a
detrimental effect on tourism, which may hurt enterprises that depend on
international tourists. Gabriela also kept in mind the Ukrainian War and the period
when it began to spread to other nations.

Gabriela clarified that her organization places a high premium on social and
environmental responsibility when we talked about it. She said that to help local
businesses and advance sustainable development, her organization works particularly
with airlines that produce fewer emissions from their flights and with hotels that give
back to the community. She emphasized that Bemore Study is dedicated to minimizing
environment’s impacts, reducing waste such as paper, and plastic glasses, and applying
sustainable practices in its business.

Gabriela also spoke about corporate responsibility initiative. She has plans to
collaborate with local non-profit organizations that work in nature conservation and
social projects that benefit local communities. At the beginning, the contribution is still
modest, but the plans for the future are attractive. Gabriela explained that
sustainability and social responsibility are important values to her and to Bemore
Study, and she is always looking for ways to make a positive difference in her
community.

Gabriela also discussed the Bemore Study corporate social responsibility plans.
Although the contribution is yet little, the future intentions are intriguing. She clarified
that she places a high emphasis on social responsibility and sustainability, and she is
constantly seeking new ways to improve the world.

Gabriela recently took part in projects to increase public awareness of how pristine
beaches and mountains are. She added that her company is making investments in
more environmentally friendly activities including promoting eco-friendly travel
options and limiting the usage of single-use plastics. Gabriela feels it is her duty as the
proprietor of a travel business to advertise sustainable and conscious tourism.
In conclusion, the interview with Gabriela Sobral provided an opportunity to learn how
a businessperson may successfully navigate a competitive market by providing clients
with high-quality service. It was encouraging to observe how Gabriela maintained her
moral standards and ideals while transforming her love of travel into a lucrative and
successful business.

My understanding of how the course material is used in practice and how essential it is
for the development and administration of a successful firm was furthered by
Gabriela's report. All of these knowledge areas are essential for the success of
Gabriela's travel business, from the value of market research to understanding
consumer demands, to the creation of a distinct and clear value offer, financial
management, and social responsibility.

In sum, the conversation with Gabriela Sobral was a fruitful chance for education and
inspiration. Her experience shows how a desire may come true with effort,
commitment, and forethought. Every new entrepreneur seeking to succeed will find
his counsel and lessons learnt to be helpful.
