In view with the visitation of Hon. Dr. Dulce Anne K. Hofer, Provincial Governor, Zamboanga Sibugay
Province on December 13, 2023 at around 1:00 in the afternoon at Barangay Datu Panas, Buug,
Zamboanga Sibugay Province.

With this, we would like to request from your good Office an assistance to augment our existing
Barangay Tanod and to secure the area during the visit of Hon. Dulce Anne K. Hofer, Provincial
Governor, ZSP, further requesting to assist us during the scheduled disco after the said program on
the distribution of rice, inorganic fertilizer and bags and the scheduled thanksgiving at around 4:00 in
the afternoon.
