RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 110371 ALSO KNOWN AS THE “MASUSTANSYANG PAGKAIN
PARA SA BATANG PILIPINO ACT”

WHEREAS, R.A. 110371 is an act institutionalizing a National Feeding Program for Undernourished Children in
Public Day Care, Kindergarten and Elementary Schools to Combat Hunger and Under nutrition among Filipino
Children and appropriating funds.

WHEREAS, one of the priority programs of barangay is the Health and Nutrition of the
residents specially children.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. , Committee on Health duly seconded by

Sangguniang Barangay Member approved unanimously.

RESOLVED AS IT IS RESOLVED, TO ADOPT THE REPUBLIC ACT 110371 ALSO KNOWN AS “MASUSTANSYANG
PAGKAIN PARA SA BATANG PILIPINO ACT”

RESOLVED finally, that copies of this resolution be each furnished the concerned offices Juban, Sorsogon, Juban
Liga Office and other concerned offices.
