RESOLUTION NUMBER 05-2021

SK JOINT RESOLUTION (1) ADOPTING THE MANDATE OF THE REPUBLIC ACT 10742 TO CELEBRATE THE
LINGGO NG KABATAAN IN CITY, MUNICIPALITY, BARANGAY AND PROVINCES. (2) A RESOLUTION
ALLOWING THE BARANGAY TREASURER, MRS. JOSEPHINE H. OBIDO TO WITHDRAW THE SK FUNDS
AMOUNTING TO 30,000.00 FOR THE LINGGO NG KABATAAN CELEBRATION IN BARANGAY GIL
SANCHEZ LABASON ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, the republic Act No. 10742 provide in chapter VI Section 33 paragraph (A) states that every
Province, City, Municipality and Barangays shall conduct an annual activity known as the LINGGO NG
KABATAAN that coincides with the International Youth Day.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Gil Sanchez Allows the Barangay Treasusrer, Mrs.
Josephine H. Obido to withdraw the amount of 30,000.00 for the implementation of the activities for the
Linggo ng Kabataan 2021 Celebration.

WHEREAS, the said amount will be used for the benefit in youthful activities such as, FEEDING
PROGRAM for the underweighted children and PROVISION OF HYGIEN KITS to the number of youth in
the Barangay.
