2. What are the key characteristics of a Filipino? Are these characteristics evident in the Filipino
workforce nowadays?
People from the Philippines are viewed as being easygoing, jovial, and sensitive.

someone they know and trust.
3. What are the prevalent workplace customs and traditions among Filipinos?
In the Filipino language, the idea of time is more flexible. Being on time is not insignificant, even
though Asians are known for having this attitude toward it. Instead, it merely signifies that other
relational factors might come first.
