    MONITORING AND EVALUATION PLAN

    GOAL: To guarantee that every part and section of the project is completed on time, within the required budget and congruent with the
    project requirements, prerequisites and standards.
    Objective 1: Oversee and supervise the development of LGU projects and to undertake any
    needed improvement and/or modification accordingly.
