Good morning Ruslan,

According to inspection report number: 071/12 these parts in HPU type: HPU-W-30-1/400-1/P/I/CB/CR/sep (indoor) should be replaced:

• Muffler
• Seals of pumps 160-30 & 160-400
• Check valve of pumps 160-30 &160-400
• Check valve
• Brass connection
• PRV
• Switcher of water inlet part.

Parts painted over yellow are non-standard and it will take time for Holland engineers to find them in their stock.

This afternoon I went to your warehouse to check the 3 repairs :


- Stab looks ok, but will need to get it inspected by RM
- XR1200, couldn’t check easily on the pallet and will bring it in our warehouse tomorrow. Anyway as said, our procedure w
need to measure properly to make sure it’s not deformed and discussed with engineering group to see if we can take the ris
- XR800, this repair is a “joke”… Many of the damages are not repaired and for the one done, I believe I would have done i
the arm bays. There are ledges on all the welding or even gap in the welding. Additionally, looks the machining has been d
also about the respect of the dimension after machining. Sharp edges are rounded and so on…
I’m not planning to ask you to correct this tool. I will check carefully if damages created by the repair are not too big. If not I
cost 100k$ and has 6 months lead time…
In the meantime, I will still wait for the proper documentation with procedure and so on.

nyway as said, our procedure was not followed up at all as the tool should have been scrapped at evaluation. Will
roup to see if we can take the risk to use it again or not
ne, I believe I would have done it better myself… I tried to insert a brand new travelling blocks and it’s stay stuck in all
