ABSTRACT

The training program has been undertaken in sadhana construction . The

work that undergone was Honda show room project. The duration of implant
training was about 4 weeks. The building was a two storey construction of about
two and a half cents.

This training has given knowledge to develop my interest in construction

industry and innovative ideas in execution processes. The training was
successfully completed within 28 days.

In this training , I have learnt various works in construction such as

flooring ,consolidation , ¸ramp work ¸shuttering and placing of floating column ,
concreting etc. During the short period, I have seen the execution of various
works.
