EPP is an integral part of education that includes various life skills. It provides students with
practical knowledge and skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom walls. EPP offers real-world
applications that have the potential to influence students' career goals in the long run. This subject empowers
students to become self-reliant and resilient in an ever-changing society. As the proverb goes, “Give a man
a fish and you will feed him for a day; teach the man how to fish and you will feed him forever,” capturing
the essence of the EPP subject. It reinforces the idea that individuals should not solely rely on what others
provide but should instead equip themselves with useful skills to survive in a constantly evolving world.

EPP is a vital learning area in education that equips students with essential knowledge and
competencies that are relevant to their daily lives, future careers, and well-being. It involves various
components such as home economics, ICT and entrepreneurship, agriculture, and industrial arts. In each of
these components, entrepreneurship is crucial. In agriculture, entrepreneurship gives students the
knowledge and skills necessary to engage in the agricultural sector. This includes learning sustainable
farming practices, agribusiness management, and marketing agricultural products. Entrepreneurship in the
industrial arts enables students to develop creativity and technical skills in areas like woodworking and
metalworking. This fosters confidence to pursue businesses such as metal fabrication and furniture making,
contributing to innovation in the industrial arts field. In home economics, integrating entrepreneurship
involves teaching students practical life skills such as managing resources, cooking, financial management,
nutrition, and consumer skills. Lastly, the digital age demands competence in ICT. EPP ensures that
students are not just consumers but contributors to the digital landscape. By integrating entrep into ICT,
they prepare students to become entrepreneurs in the technology sector and encourage them to pursue
careers in the technology-driven economy.

Entrepreneurship is important for empowering students with skills and knowledge that extend far
beyond the scope of traditional academic subjects. One of the primary reasons students need to learn about
it is its focus on real-world application. Entrepreneurship, in contrast to traditional academic subjects, fills
the gap between theory and practice by giving students hands-on experience and a greater understanding of
how their ideas and skills may be transferred into tangible outcomes. Aside from that, it opens up diverse
career opportunities. Whether students aspire to work in creative industries or start their own businesses,
the skills learned in entrepreneurship are highly transferable and applicable to various career paths. Another
essential aspect of entrepreneurship is its emphasis on nurturing innovation and creativity. Students learn
to think outside the box and use creative problem-solving strategies to address challenges that benefit not
only entrepreneurial endeavors but also various aspects of their lives.

Teaching attitudes towards teaching entrepreneurship in EPP should be characterized by patience,

encouragement, and creativity. Teachers should exhibit a supportive and inclusive attitude. It is important
to establish a learning environment that encourages practical skills, critical thinking, and creativity, to allow
students to discover and develop their entrepreneurial potential. Furthermore, by being kind and patient
