Welcome and Introduction:

 Brief welcome and introduction of committee members.
 Overview of the meeting agenda.
Review of Action Items from Previous Meeting:
 Discuss any pending action items from the previous meeting.
 Provide updates on the progress of ongoing tasks.
Project Selection for Improvement:
 Present and discuss potential projects for quality improvement.
 Consider projects related to teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, or student
engagement.
 Evaluate the feasibility and impact of each proposed project.
Syllabus Coverage Analysis:
 Discuss methods for analyzing syllabus coverage in courses.
 Review syllabi from selected courses and assess coverage against learning objectives.
 Identify areas for improvement in syllabus design and implementation.
Last Semester Course Files Review:
 Evaluate course files from the previous semester.
 Discuss the effectiveness of course content, assessments, and instructional materials.
 Identify any issues or successes that can inform improvements for future semesters.
Discussion on Student Feedback:
 Review and discuss student feedback from the previous semester.
 Identify common themes or concerns raised by students.
 Brainstorm strategies for addressing feedback and enhancing the student experience.
