I have visited Buenavista Texas Ribs Several times before. I was really excited telling my
wife how the meal was there. I was so happy to take her there but this time we visited
Insurgentes restaurant Texas Ribs. Unfortunately that was a bad decision. Firstable the
parking valet was very expensive even when the driver parked our car on the street four
blocks away. Another bad thing was when we had to wait a lot of time for our turn. I don't
know why there were so many people at the restaurant if the staff is very careless with
customers there.
In addition to this situation, it had been 15 minutes since we entered when the waiter came
with us to take our order and we were really hungry. In consequence the waiter got
confused with our order and brought us wrong and cold dishes.
We would like the restaurant to take responsibility for their staff in how they work and attend
to their customers because when I have visited Buenavista Texas Ribs it has been very
different how they work as customers we have an idea of their quality and it is not fair when
we are in the restaurant, we are shown something completely different.
In conclusion we didn't like your restaurant's concept, so here are a serie of suggestions that
we think you can do for improve your service:
