Introduction

The terrible explosion of a bomb on December 3, 2023, took place inside the Mindanao
State University gymnasium. Every pupil was terrified by this incident. For the students,
it was an extremely tragic and frightening occurrence, as four individuals lost their lives
and over 49 were injured. Every student wants to graduate from Mindanao State
University Marawi, one of the most prestigious schools in Mindanao. Such tragedies
should not go unnoticed by the authorities or government. May everyone of the
upcoming generation's students experience a sense of security in the school of their
longing. The incident happened even though there were worshippers nearby when the
explosion occurred, raising serious concerns among several civilizations. For MSU
students, this was a violation of humanitarian law. This article outlines the steps the
Commission on Human Rights can take to ensure the victims receive justice. Ongoing
research and security measures. CHR making sure that the teachers, staff, and
students will all have access to the necessary security measures; everyone has human
rights.

Body

In line with the Commission on Human Rights' article. As stated in the 1987 Philippine
Constitution's Article XIV, Section 1, education is a basic human right that belongs to
every person. A strike against educational institutions and schools is an assault on our
shared goals of creating a society that is more advanced and more promising. MSU-IIT
denounces the bombing tragedy in Marawi and sets up its tragedy Command System to
assist students. Chancellor Alizedney M. Ditucalan said in a Facebook post yesterday
that "the recent acts of violence have no place in our society and we stand in solidarity
with all those affected by these heinous acts." President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
condemned the bombing that killed four people on Sunday at the Mindanao State
University (MSU) and Marawi communities, assuring that the government is taking
action against the perpetrators and on top of the situation and helping the victims of the
terrorist attack. The President extended his condolences to the families and loved ones
of the victims, blaming foreign terrorists behind the bombing.

Conclusion

At the Mindanao State University School, every culture that comes from different sides
is united to study and achieve their dreams. So in this tragedy, the school should not be
overlooked, and it should be the second safe place because that is where the student
builds his dream. The authority will find a way to restore the security of students, staff,
and teachers. There needs to be an adequate investigation into what happened to make
sure it doesn't happen again. The explosion of the bomb is the talk of the town because
it happened during the worship of Christians. Such tragedies are not alone in the
community; they are enemies of society.
