    Good day Sir,

    I am Yasmin Garcia a 4th year student from the Department of Health Care
    Professions, Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I would like to ask permission to take up my
    remaining subject. I already enrolled in this school year 2023/2024 2nd Semester with a 14
    units in total.

    I am aware of the challenges and additional workload that enrolling in extra subjects
    may entail. However, I will try my best to manage the increased academic workload, through
    my dedication and commitment of my dream.

    I kindly request you to consider my application and grant me permission to enrol in

    I have been left behind of this subjects because I am a transferee student, for this
    reason I have been taking irregular schedules in the last semesters, that’s why I am writing
    you this letter to try my luck if ever you will give me this chances to graduate together with
    my classmate. And we will GO BEYOND together on this like roller coaster journey.

    Hoping for your very kind consideration as a graduating student to take up my remaining
    subject.
