THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Introduction

Physical fitness is the capacity of your body's systems to cooperate

effectively, enabling you to maintain good health and carry out regular activities.

Being effective implies carrying out daily tasks with the least amount of effort. A

fit individual has the capacity to complete their work at school and at home while

still having the stamina to participate in sports and other leisure activities. A

physically healthy person can do everyday tasks like raking leaves at home,

stocking shelves at a part-time job, and marching in the school band with ease.

A fit individual can react to emergencies by sprinting for assistance or helping a

buddy who is in need.

One of the most crucial things you can do for your health is to exercise

regularly. Physical activity can strengthen your bones and muscles, help you

maintain a healthy weight, increase your ability to carry out daily tasks, and

improve your cognitive health. People who spend less time sitting and engage in

any level of moderate-to-vigorous exercise reap some health benefits. Physical

activity has a greater influence on your health than very few other lifestyle

decisions. Physical activity has health advantages for everyone; age, ability,

ethnicity, form, or size are irrelevant.

According to Curran et al. (2020), the benefits of physical exercise have

long been of concern to researchers and practitioners. Physical exercise is widely

proven to not only reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular

diseases, diabetes, hypertension, and even cancer, but also alleviate various

psychological and behavioral problems. Exercise is a broad notion that may be

examined from a variety of angles. The effects of exercise intensity, duration,

and kind on people's physical and mental health have been the subject of

empirical investigations. For instance, it was discovered that engaging in

moderate to strenuous physical activity significantly increased diabetic patients'

physical fitness and performance.

According to Hortz and Petosa (2017), curriculum had positive effects on

leisure time moderate physical exercise behavior among the high school students

in the intervention group. Meaning moderate exercise can be a great way for

high school students to improve their physical health, mental well-being, and

academic performance. It is important to note, however, that exercise should be

done in moderation and with proper supervision to avoid injury or overexertion.

Conceptual Framework

The major concept of this study is focused on the IMPACT OF FITNESS

EXERCISE TO BPED STUDENTS OF GORDON COLLEGE. One of the learning

theories that support this study is the Exercise, physical activity, and self-

determination theory 2017. This theory explains that physical activity and

exercise, when undertaken regularly, are highly beneficial for health, and for

physical and psychological well-being.

during leisure time, for transport to get to and from places, or as part of a

person's work.

Fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy and involves

attributes that include, but are not limited to mental acuity, cardiorespiratory

endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and

flexibility.

Diet. containing all nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, etc.) in the

right quantities, helps us in various ways: provides us with important nutrients

required for the growth of body.

Workout Program a program detailing a range of physical exercises and the

amount of time each exercise should be performed

Effectiveness is the capability of producing a desired result or the ability to

produce desired output. When something is deemed effective, it means it has an

intended or expected outcome, or produces a deep, vivid impression.

Exercise Intensity is a subjective measure of how hard physical activity feels

to you while you're doing it your perceived exertion.

Nutrition is the science that studies the relationship between food and health.

It encompasses the process of consuming, digesting, and utilizing food

substances for growth, maintenance, and repair of the body. A balanced diet

that provides all the essential nutrients is critical for maintaining good health.

Carbohydrates. food consisting of or containing a lot of sugars, starch,

cellulose, or similar substances that can be broken down to release energy in the

human body, and make up one of the main nutritional food groups.

Protein are large biomolecules and macromolecules that comprise one or more

long chains of amino acid residues. Proteins perform a vast array of functions

within organisms, including catalyzing metabolic reactions, DNA

replication, responding to stimuli, providing structure to cells and organisms,

and transporting molecules from one location to another.

Fats are a subgroup of compounds known as lipids that are found in the body

and have the general property of being hydrophobic (meaning they are insoluble

METHODOLOGY

Research Design

In this study, it seems that the study will employ a combination of

experimental and observational research methodologies. The participants will be

divided into groups of four, which suggests an experimental design.

Furthermore, the study will involve a suggested physical activity, which indicates

that the researchers will manipulate the independent variable (the physical

activity) and observe its effects on the dependent variable (the participants'

bodies). The use of observational research methods may come into play during

the evaluation process after two weeks. The researchers may observe and

measure changes in the participants' bodies using various techniques such as

body measurements.

Overall, the study appears to utilize both experimental and observational

research methods to investigate the effects of physical activity on the

participants' bodies.
