National Culture - beliefs and values shared by the population of a particular

nation
Global Culture - a set of shared experiences that unites people at the global
level

Culture came from the Latin word "Colere" which means to tend to the earth and grow
or cultivation

religion cuisine, social habits, music and arts.

behavior that are constant across generations

Social distinction means social recognition, whether the people of a given society
would perceive a proposed group as sufficiently separate or distinct

Cultural diversity - group of diverse individuals from different cultures or

tangible heritage - objects, artifacts, buildings, places and monuments
