Adverbs of manner (przysłówki sposobu) są zazwyczaj pojedynczymi słowami pochodzącymi od przymiotników do
których dodana jest końcówka -ly:

 whole – wholly
 full – fully
 true – truly
 busy – busily
 easy – easily
 happy – happily

Przysłówki sposobu określają w jaki sposób coś jest lub zostało zrobione np:

 She sings beautifully. (Śpiewa pięknie)
