    PURPOSES

    SECTION-1 That each area of the Ward has a cell site to be set up for the children/
    students to do research for their studies without delay.

    SECTION-2 That it will be installed in an area or house with an extension hut or research lab
    that someone will monitor the children so that they don't skip and it's easy too
    parents will find.

    SECTION-3 That it has a limited time at night at 10:00 p.m.

    SECTION -1 That if it is abused by exploitative people there are current ones


    punishment or penalty that is responsible and punishable by law.

    CONCLUSION: As a member of the party I wholeheartedly forward that proposal to


    group that it will be combined if it has an added proposal to become one
    resolution that has action or visible to anyone and prosperous barangay..
