The above rates are Ex-our works and subject to followings term and conditions: -

Prices : The prices indicated in our offer are Ex-our works.

GST : Will be charged as applicable
Pay. Terms : 50% advance along with PO ,50% before dispatch against PI.
Validity : Our offer shall remain valid for a period of 15 days.
Delivery : Delivery shall be affected within 3-4 weeks after receiving your confirmed order along with advance.
Freight : will be charged actual
Warrantee : Our product carries a warrantee for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch.

a. Does not extend to consequential damages or loss.

b. Is null and void if repairs and modifications are carried out without our approval in writing.
c. Does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear such as refrigerants, oil, grease, V-belts, air filters etc.
d. Does not cover deterioration or failure of equipment controls and piping due to corrosive atmosphere.
f. Does not cover any plastic parts or components

LIST OF EXCLUSIONS
Kindly note that the
All masonry work/civil works such as supports for the condensing units, cutting away and making good of walls/ floors/ slabs and making & closing of

trenches etc.
2 Electrical work except control panel
3 Electric power and water for the erection and commissioning of system.
4 Warranty on consumable items such as belts, filters, Cellulose paper pads, canvas etc.
5 Water and electricity supply connections up to equipments.
6 Lockable storage space for safe custody of material and working space for our workers.
7 Any other items not specifically mentioned in our offer but require completing the work.
8 Scaffolding and crane.
9 Any under deck or over deck insulation, thermal or acoustic insulations works for false ceiling or walls etc.
10 Any kind of false ceiling works, boxing work, wooden framework/carpentry work.
