The pole chart below illustrates the five reasons why people skip work in a particular European country

in the three different years of 2000, 2005, 2010. At a glance we can see that most of the reasons show
fluctuation through the years with only illness has a sign of continuous decline in number. With all of the
reasons, illness take place the highest of them all with a staggering 45 percent of the European chosen
in the survey in 2000, however this number has shown improvement over 10 years and down to only 35
percent left. With that being said the second behind it is family responsibility, though its number shown
some big improvement with the lowering by 12 percent in the first 5 years, the number has barely
moved since, compare to personal need despite the tremendous increase in number for starter, the
result shows that it manage to have it down by 2 percent at the end of the year.
