6. REFLECTIONS ABOUT THE COURSE
In my way of thinking, this course has been extremely useful, which I have gained the fundamentals of the six-sigma
method, including:

- Six Sigma Principles: the basic components of Six Sigma and Lean: the principles, roles, responsibilities, and some
of the tools and metrics.
- Six Sigma Tools for Define and Measure: the advanced components of Six Sigma and Lean: the Define phase and
the Measure phase of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) process with statistics and
project management tools.
- Six Sigma Tools for Analyze: the advanced components of Six Sigma and Lean: lean tools for process analysis,
introduction to basic statistics, the useful measure and analysis phase tools, and an overview of statistics as they
are related to the Six Sigma process.
- Six Sigma Tools for Improve and Control: the advanced components of Six Sigma and Lean: relationships from
data using correlation and regression as well as the different hypothesis terms in hypothesis testing; tools and
techniques for improvement; and the importance of a control plan, as well as its key characteristics, for maintaining
process improvements.

I appreciate all of the knowledge a lot. This series of Six Sigma Yellow Belt would help me a lot with the professional
developments in the journey to becoming an expert in the future. I believe that now I would be able to be part of a team
and use the gained knowledge to lay a strong foundation for my current job and other opportunities.
