Introduction
In this paper we will talk about the ethical judgment that allows us to
differentiate between the right and wrong of each action, conduct. Ethical
judgment is the faculty of reasoning and determining which action, conduct
or attitude is the most appropriate, from among a set of alternatives,
according to the value system we share with the society in which we live.
In this sense, ethical judgment focuses on reasoning, on the ability to
recognize an ethical dilemma and determine what is the correct action.

For me, an ethical judgment is one that allows us to identify a given
situation or circumstance in which there is an ethical dilemma that we
are faced with and that helps us to analyze which of the options
available to us is the one that best suits our situation, always taking into
consideration our values.

Objective: the objective of an act of ethical judgment is one that is

carried out immediately and independently of the circumstances. the
main objective is to analyze and achieve the situation that arises.
Purpose : the purpose can be said to refer to the result of that which
the human being wishes to obtain with the realization of his action.

Circumstances: Circumstances are the accidental results obtained

from the actions carried out by the same individual and their
affectation or damage will depend on the greater or lesser evil value
with which they were carried out or the goodness of the acts.
case analysis ethical judgment
(object, purpose and circumstances).
case: a school teacher conducts a math test for the classroom group, while
the teacher leaves to go to the restroom, several students cheat on the
exams at a school, they make a copy without the teacher noticing.

Objective: to have the students cheat on their math test.

Purpose: that the students come out with excellent grades.

Circumstances: that the teacher was completely careless, heading to the

restroom and leaving the test answers.

Ethical Judgment:
the grade for this act is bad.
If we speak in the role of the students (ethically) for them it would be a
good act because they would get a good grade, but morally speaking,
cheating is wrong because you do not cheat other people but yourself.
Conclusion

As a conclusion of this topic we can say that the ethical

judgment studies the norms and moral values imposed by a
society and investigates the reasons that justify a moral system
and how it is applied in the human being in the society, an
example of them was the case presented above that to cheat in
an exam for one is good because you will do well in your grades
but morally it is a bad act.
