The emphasis of CMII is about providing an
efficient and effective change process. The
use of standards, “best practices”, clear
sets of requirements and clear
communication to all persons involved will
prevent mistakes and the associated costs.
This results in a clear savings of costs and
delivery of the right product. By a clear
identification of the changes and the
involved documentation that needs revision
it is logical to define the necessary activities
and their planning. This provides the basis
for solid project management.
