My name is Ika Wahyuni, a fresh graduate master degree from University of Jember, Indonesia
interested in becoming a Part time-Full time Employee Service in the kitchen as related to my
awareness of food production. I was thrilled to come across an opening job for laboratory
assistant in my faculty and pursue my field interest from a training, internship, writing journals
and articles in my personal website, and fulfil my knowledge through some local and
international webinar/conferences. As a master degree in Biotechnology, I am highly driven to
approach my carrier at Food Microbiology, including related field such as Food Safety and
Quality.

I know the main duties for this position will be to cook and prepare meals for the restaurant,
takeaway and catering. Also, I’ll have the responsibility for the taste, colour, smell, hygiene,
preparation and quality of the cuisine/product. And I am applying as Food Technologist that
performs my knowledge about food safety and hygiene at Julie's Indonesian Fusion, as a way to
become more involved in this professional company and further my professional growth in my
interested field. This is why I’m so excited about this opening job. I would love the opportunity
to collaborate with all of the kitchen staff.
