Terms and Conditions:

1. All price quotation is in Philippine Pesos and is exclusive of 12% VAT.

2. 50% of price quotation upon signing of proposal and remaining 30% progress billing and 20%
upon completion/acceptance of the project.
3. Timeline: 20 to 30 working days upon receipt of signed proposal.
4. Warranty: 1 year for Device and Labor/workmanship
5. Should there be any changes or addition in the design, item specifications regarding the project,
it shall be treated as a variation to the agreement. Any cost that is directly attributed to the
change/s shall be for the account of the client.
6. This proposal is valid until December 15, 2023.
