GENERAL WORKS
 Perform basic civil works such as chipping in the installation of all materials if needed.
 Supply and Installation of plastic moldings, pvc pipes to conceal & protect cables.

SCOPE OF WORK:

 Supply and installation of Switch
 Supply and installation of UTP Cable
 Supply and installation of Patchcord
 Supply and installation of Information Outlet
 Supply and installation of Faceplate
 Supply and installation of Cable Manager
 Supply and installation of Data Cabinet
 Supply and termination of Wall Mount Rack
 Supply and installation of Rough-in Materials
 Mobilization / Demobilization
 Technical Supervision
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Sunday – 9 AM to 6PM (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAY)

ASSUMPTIONS:
All electrical requirements such as power outlets for switches, routers, PC’s, Servers, UPS shall be sole responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
1. Provide Security Access Pass/Working Permit/Gate pass for our working staff at least (3) days before the actual project
implementation
2. Must provide a secure storage room for our tools, equipment & materials
3. Must designate a project personnel to monitor the project implementation

ESTIMATED PROJECT COMPLETION:

 30 Working days

EXCLUSIONS
 NO electrical works included
 Any modifications or additions to the proposed design shall billed accordingly
 Products & labor warranty does not apply to defects resulting from;
Unauthorized modification, Misuse, Improper site condition or maintenance, Damage due to accidents or pests,
Mishandling, Acts of God.

SUPPORT POLICY
 Standard test will be conducted to verify proper functionality, then correct any problems detected.
 Email/Calls received will be address next business day

PROPER DOCUMENTATION
 Issue a project completion to be signed by your respective IT/Purchasing

TERMS AND CONDITION:

 All items are non-cancellable.
 Once PO issued it assumed that all products are properly evaluated.
 Delivery lead time for on-stock items within 3-5 working days
 Strictly non-cancellation of orders for all order basis items.
 Installation, configuration and other software management related is not included unless specify.
 No warranty for consumables, supplies, software product

WARRANTY:
 1 year workmanship/ 1 service warranty.

COMMERCIAL TERMS:
Total Investment: 684,200.00
Payment Terms are as follows:
50% Down Payment upon issuance of Purchase Order
30% Progress Billing
20% Upon Completion
Vat Inclusive

Validity:
All prices in this proposal are valid one (1) week from the date of quotation.
