(Online Live Training)
Application Requirements :
1- Applicant must have the prerequisite qualifications for course
enrolment according the course requirements.
2- Required documents :
 Copy of the academic certificate with original for
verification.
 Copy of Saudi or GCC national ID card, regular valid
residency (Iqama) or passport for non-residence.
3- Fill in all the fields in registration form correctly and clearly,
signing with approval on all the Terms & Conditions.
4- It is mandatory to write the trainer name in English correctly
and clearly since it will be shown in the final certificate.
5- Applicant must be physically fit so that there is not a disability
to master skill and familiar with the principles of using the
computer and the internet.
6- Providing the center with an e-mail is obligatory and
necessary for contact.
7- The trainee must provide the requirements of Online
training:
- PC, Mobile or Tablet.
- Headsets and microphone.
- Internet connection with a minimum speed 512 kbps.
General conditions :
1- Commitment to the curriculum of the training course.
2- Commitment to pay the fees when due.
3- Commitment to public ethics during training sessions otherwise
trainee will be denied to enter the session and without refund.
4- Student will be warned for frequent absence or bad manners for
whatever reason was due to warning, and if the student gets a
warning for the second time he/she will be denied to enter the
session and there is not fees refund.
Study system :
1- Registration fee is S.R. 150 non-refundable.
2- Trainee will receive a softcopy of the local certificate that is
accredited by TVTC in case of attending at least 75% of
training hours.
3- Trainer will receive an International certificate in case of
passing the international examination as the per the
accreditation body.
Attendance & Absence :
1- Commitment to attend all lectures on time and trainee will be
considered as absent if he/she delays more than 15 minutes.
2- Trainee is warned in the event of absence by 10% of the total
course hours, and in the event the absence exceeds 25% of the
total course hours, the student's record will be closed with no
refund.
3- All lectures must be attended live with the trainer with
attendance rate of no less than 75% of the training hours in order
to be entitled to a certificate of attending the course from TVTC.
4- Attending the recorded lectures is not considered as a live
attendance, the recorded lectures can be used in some situations
like absence or need to review the lecture.

Registration procedure :
1- Fill in the registration form completely.
2- Payment of all fees.
3- Send the form to the registration officer so the student will be
logged to the system.
4- Registration is not confirmed before paying the fees of the
course.
5- Student receives the training plan of the course, the electronic
training card and login manual to the system of virtual training.
6- Trainer receives Text Books as soft copy only.
Cancellations & Refunds
1- We are confident that you will be totally satisfied with your
studies but if not, you can cancel under the following terms
within your enrolment.
2- Please note that a refund is not payable to any delegate that fails
to complete a course without prior notification and following the
terms in the policy set out below. Requests for transfers to
alternative dates are subject to cancellation fees. Refunds will
also not be payable where agreed installment payments are not
met prior to requesting a refund from ITTI.
Classroom and Online Courses
Cancellation more than 20 Working Days before the Course Start Date
1- ITTI will refund the remaining course fees if the cancellation request is
submitted more than 20 business days before the scheduled course
start date.
Cancellation between 10 and 20 working days before the course start
date
1- SAR150 will be deducted as an administrative fees when
submitting a request to withdraw from the course between 10
and 20 working days from the scheduled start date of the course
and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
2- There is no refund for cancellation within 10 working days of the
course start date.
3- Refunds, if any, will be processed within 10 business days of ITTI
receiving the returned course materials.
Exam only
1- If the customer applies for a refund of the Exam fees, and he has
been registered with the awarding body, he is not entitled to a
refund of any part of the amount.
2- In the event that he is not registered with the awarding body and
his request precedes the exam date by less than 20 working days,
then 150 riyals will be deducted from him as administrative fees
and he has the right to receive the rest of the amount.
3- Otherwise, he has the right for a full refund of the exam paid
amount.
Issue of Certificates:
1- The attendance certificate is issued after the trainee passes 75% of
the scheduled course hours, passing the course and completing all
its requirements.
2- The trainee does not have the right to get his certificate after one
year of the end of the course.
3- ITTI is not responsible for damaging or losing any trainees
certificates.
Note :
ITTI keeps the right of modifying the contents, the period and the
prices of provided developmental courses.

‫اﻹلغاء والمبالغ المستردة‬
