Summary
The hydraulic double-diaphragm metering pump adds a layer of diaphragm on the basis of the hydraulic diaphragm-type metering
pump, and is monitored by sensors or instruments to prevent accidents caused by the rupture of the single-layer diaphragm. It is
equipped with a diaphragm rupture monitoring and alarm system, which improves the use of the pump safety. The maximum flow of
a single head is less than or equal to 10200L/H, and the maximum pressure is less than or equal to 70MPa.

Features
The liquid end is sealed with double-layer diaphragm, which has no leakage and higher safety. The double-layer diaphragm is
vacuum-fitted in normal operation, and the measurement accuracy is high. Once the diaphragm is ruptured, the sensor can detect it
within 0.2S and feed back a signal, the metering pump's own control system immediately stops the metering pump and sends out an
