Ingredients
1 cup frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberry 1 cup coconut cream 1 Tbsp vanilla extract ½ cup maple syrup to taste (or another natural sweetener)
Directions
• Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
• Transfer blended ingredients in a container then in the freezer for at least 6 hours. • Pull out ice cream, scoop out of the container and place in the blender once again and process until smooth. Do not try to add any liquid as it may crystallize and affect smoothness of the ice cream. • Freeze again for at least 3 hours. • Serve as desired.
