DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION BUILDINGS

Introduction and Background

Under the P3SP Regional Plan Edeavor it was envisaged by the Infrastructure Team
of The Urban Unit (GoPb) to assess the District Administration Buildings and facilities,
find the gaps and improvement points along with the conceptual layout, estimated costs
and proposed development schemes through rigorous and vigorous field and facilities
surveys of all the 4 Districts of the Faisalabad Division. For achieving this goal,
following Departments of this Sector were visited for example; Assistant Commissioner
Offices, Deputy Commissioner Offices, District Council Offices, Deputy Director
Development Offices & Municipal Committee (MC) Offices.

Methodology Adopted

Following approach was adopted to attain the vital objectives and targets of field
assessment and other tasks for short term, medium term and long-term regional plans;

 Meetings and discussions with the key stakeholders

 Filed surveys, facilities observation, inspections and required measurements
 Interviews of the users
 Discussion with the officials
 Gaps and issues assessment
 Proposed interventions in terms of estimated cost, conceptual plans and
proposed schemes

Introduction and Background

Under the P3SP Regional Plan Endeavor it was envisaged by the Infrastructure Team
of The Urban Unit (GoPb) to assess the District Courts facilities, find the gaps and
improvement points along with the conceptual layouts, estimated costs and proposed
development schemes through rigorous and vigorous field and facilities surveys of one
Districts of the Faisalabad Division. For achieving this goal, following facilities of this
organization were visited for example; District Courts, parking, waiting areas, water
and sanitation and allied structures etc.

Methodology Adopted

Following approach was adopted to attain the vital objectives and targets of field
assessment and other tasks for short term, medium term and long-term regional plans;

Introduction and Background

Introduction and Background

Under the P3SP Regional Plan Endeavor it was envisaged by the Infrastructure Team
of The Urban Unit (GoPb) to assess the Civil Defence offices and facilities, find the
gaps and improvement points along with the conceptual layout, estimated costs and
proposed development schemes through rigorous and vigorous filed and facilities
surveys of all the 4 Districts of the Faisalabad Division. For achieving this goal various
Civil Defence offices and facilities of this organization were visited.

Methodology Adopted

Following approach was adopted to attain the vital objectives and targets of field
assessment and other tasks for short term, medium term and long-term regional plans;

Under the P3SP Regional Plan Endeavor it was envisaged by the Infrastructure Team
of The Urban Unit (GoPb) to assess the Hospitals, Colleges & other Infrastructures and
Allied facilities, find the gaps and improvement points along with the conceptual layout,
estimated costs and proposed development schemes through rigorous and vigorous
filed and facilities surveys of all the 4 Districts of the Faisalabad Division.

Methodology Adopted

Following approach was adopted to attain the vital objectives and targets of field
assessment and other tasks for short term, medium term and long-term regional plans;

 Meetings and discussions with the key stakeholders

 Filed surveys, facilities observation, inspections and required measurements
 Discussion with the officials
 Gaps and issues assessment
 Proposed interventions in terms of estimated cost, conceptual plans and
proposed schemes
