My visit Ismailia

Last week, I had a wonderful trip. I visited Ismailia. I went with my

family. We went by car. Ismailia is a beautiful city. It is between Port
Said and Suez. It is a peaceful city for many reasons. There isn't
much traffic. There, we visited attractive buildings and interesting
monuments. It also has a lot of gardens. There, we visited Lake
Timsah. It is a beautiful lake with wonderful beaches. Ismailia is
also famous for its museums. The most famous one is the Natural
Science Museum. We spent a lot of interesting time there. I invite all
of you to visit this wonderful city to enjoy its places and weather.

Means of transport
There are many different forms of transport. In Egypt, people
use cars, trains, metro lines, ferries, bikes, planes and buses. Most
people prefer travelling on the metro because it's fast, cheap and
comfortable. People enjoy travelling from a city to another city by
trains. Some people go to work using public transports as buses.
Other people use their cars. To cross the Nile, people use ferries.

 A visit to an exhibition
Last week, I went to an exhibition. It was about exploring space. I
went with my friends. We went by metro. There were a lot of shows
and films about space. We saw how the Earth and other planets
move. We knew a lot of useful information about the sun. We also
know how astronauts go into space. They do many important trails
to know much about the moon.

I bought a coffee machine online

Last week, I bought a coffee machine online. I have a positive
opinion about it for many reasons. I bought it as a present for my
parents. I saw it on a website on the internet. Its price was not
expensive. I asked the company to deliver it. The delivery did not
take a long time. They deliver it after one day. When my parents
saw it, they were happy with it. It looked great and was not broken.
When they began to use it, it was easy to use. It made delicious
coffee. Finally, I advise all of you to buy this machine from the same
company because I think they are honest people and their products
are good.

We all agree that electronics is very important in our life. It makes
our life easier and better. Our kitchen has modern items. I have an
expensive kettle. I use it to get hot water. It is useful. I also have a
microwave. It helps me to cook food very quickly. It is expensive. My
dad bought me a toaster last year. I use it to make bread turn
brown. It is less useful than the microwave. It's also less expensive. I
have a big fridge. I use it to keep food and drinks cool. It is the most
useful item in my kitchen. It's the most expensive ,too.

Egyptian Handicrafts
The leather industry is one of the oldest handicrafts in Egypt and our
bags are the best quality. The leather is very soft. In Egypt, they sell
different types of pots in different colours. The artists paint the pots
with traditional Arabic designs. Egypt has a long history of making
beautiful carpets. People who live in the south of Egypt sell carpets,
baskets and colourful pots. Some women in a village near Aswan make
beautiful handicrafts from the leaves of trees. These handicrafts are
very popular with tourists and help the Egyptians to earn money.

 My father
I want to write about my father because he is a great man. He
was born in Tanta in 1947. When he was young, he wanted to be a
doctor. Although he was born into a poor family, he decided to study
hard. He was clever and intelligent. After finishing school, he joined the
faculty of medicine. After that he graduated and became a great surgeon.
He did a lot of operations and helped many patients. All people liked
and admired him because he was kind and helpful. He decided to leave a
lot of money to build a hospital for the poor. I am very proud of my
father.

The problems in your community

I live in a great community. There are a lot of facilities and services, but
there are few problems. We have a great library in our area. There are
some problems with it. We need to repair it to make it attractive for
people to visit. Another problem is the bad graffiti on the walls of
houses. We should teach children not to write on walls. I think, we can
solve any problems by helping each other and sharing ideas.

 A Decent Life Initiative
The Decent Life Initiative aims to improve the quality of
people's life in rural areas. The initiative wants to provide good
public services, health care, better education and better job
opportunities. The initiative has improved facilities for disabled
people. It has also sent doctors to the villages to deliver medicine

Something that happened to you

I have enjoyed windsurfing for many years. I usually go with my
father. One day, I decided to go alone. I didn't tell my father about
that. The weather was good for windsurfing. I enjoyed my time very
much. In the afternoon, the wind suddenly became very strong. The
wind took me far from the beach. I was very scared. I was lucky
when some people on a boat saw me. They came to help me. They
took me back to the beach. My dad was angry with my. I apologized
and learnt that I should go with an older person.

The 2021 World Men's Handball Championship

I like handball very much. It's my favourite sport. I was so proud
that the 2021 World Men's Handball Championship was held in
Egypt. It was from the 13 th to the 31st of January 2021. It was also the
third World Championship held in Africa, the second in Egypt, and
the first to be held outside of Europe since 2015. There were over
600 competitors from 32 countries. The 32 teams were divided into
eight groups of four teams each. It was a great event. The medical
team has worked for months to make the tournament safe. Players
and people working at the tournament have used four hotels and
stayed inside a bubble. These hotels all have a health centre and
every team has had a doctor to work with them. We were all very
proud of our beloved country and the success of organizing the
championship.

A place you visited

Egypt has a lot of interesting places in all of its parts. Ismailia is one
Egypt's beautiful governorates. Last week, I went on a nice trip to
Ismailia, which is between Port Said in Suez. The Suez Canal runs
through the city before it reaches the Sea. Ismailia is beautiful. There are
attractive buildings, interesting monuments and lots of Gardens. A lot of
families go to Ismailia to spend their holidays. The best thing about
Ismailia is its calmness. The city has little pollution, no factories and a
little traffic. The weather there is fine; not hot or cold most of the year.
There are lots of things you can do in Ismailia. You can sit on beaches, go
swimming and enjoy some water sports. To conclude, I advise all people
who want to have fun and enjoy their time to visit Ismailia. You will
never get bored.

 Fatema El–Banna
Fatema El-Banna was born in Alexandria in 2003. I admire her. As
a child, she loved learning about science and wanted to be a great
scientist. After she finished Prep School, she started at Science,
Technology, Engineering and Maths school (STEM) in Alexandria.
She then learnt more about science as well as how to look after the
environment and Egypt's culture. She came first in Egypt in the
NASA International Space Apps Challenge. She became famous
when she found a natural way for villages to clean dirty water.
