Contract of House building in Nicaragua

Contractor - swissa shalev passport number 23830592.

House owner – Israel moshe sagiv Steinberg 32307940.

The construction project will start December 2023.

Analyzing pricing and building a budget at a limit of 75,000$ US, and will not exceed this cost –by the
responsibility of the contractor.

Shalev will provide cost analysis for the full house planned for a duration of 6 months to start in
December 2023 with a monthly pay by constructions advance.

Shalev with his power of an attorney will be in charge all permits paying all workers materials and
building the house as describe by the budget “turnkey project” and will deliver a fully house build.

The payment planning for the project-

1.first payment will be for the first 2 months in order to buy materials and permits - deposit for start
working.

2.every 1st of month there will be payment depending on the progress of the project by plan in the
budget for the 6 month.

3.in case the project will longer the 6-month payment will be delayed accordingly to the construction
advance.

4.in case of adding work over the basic budget plan of the 75,000$ us , there will be extra cost
accordingly to the work added.
