This letter is to inform you that as per the Work order (G2WOJ/00018/23-24) the work completion date
shall be 06-Nov-2023 But as per our records and site condition the work is not completed till now .

This is to inform you that your firm M/s NAYOVI DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED
has consistently failed to timely progress with your work on the Interior fitout work at sales gallery
sec-84 Gurugram, Haryana. As you know, a delay in completion of the project beyond
the completion date may result in the imposition of liquidated damages.

As per the Clause no (9) & (9.1) the LD charges will be applicable and the same shall be deducted
from your final payment.

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: 9.1 In case the completion of Work is delayed, in whole or in part, beyond
the stipulated time period, liquidated damages shall be levied @ 01% (one percent) of the Contract
Value per week or part thereof subject to a maximum of 5.0% (five percent) of Contract Value. In
case extension of time is granted, it shall be subject to imposition of liquidated damages unless
specifically waived off by Project Manager. Alternatively, the work shall be withdrawn and got done
through other agencies at the cost and risk of the contractor if OWNER finds the progress of work so
slow that it may not be in the capacity of the contractor to make up the backlog.
