Stone Patch Pointing, Concrete Patching

- Protect all house surfaces, windows, doors, exterior fixtures, and all surrounding
areas throughout course of project
- Carefully remove and dispose of cracked and voided stone mortar joints
- Carefully remove and dispose of cracked concrete patching where concrete meets
stone work
- Thoroughly clean stonework to ensure solid bond between new mortar and
existing stonework
- Point prepared joints using ideal mortar for application, and to match existing
mortar in style and in color as close as possible
- Apply a mortar joint to where stone meets concrete and concrete steps
- After mortar has cured apply bead of elastomeric masonry caulk to mortar joint
between stone work and concrete
- Ensure house walls, window sills, garden beds, grass, walkways, patios, exterior
fixtures, driveway are cleaned thoroughly upon completion

Concrete Step Patching

- Protect all surrounding areas throughout course of project

 - Carefully remove and dispose of concrete that has cracked between top concrete
step and house
- Apply new concrete patch material in prepared areas to match design of
surrounding concrete as closely as possible
- Ensure that all surrounding surfaces are cleaned thoroughly upon completion

Payment to be made as follows:

Projects less than $2,200:

50% deposit due upon approval of proposal
50% due upon completion

Projects $2,200 - $8,000:

~10% deposit due upon approval of proposal
~40% due on the start date
~50% due upon completion

Projects greater than $8,000:

~10% deposit and special ordered material costs due upon approval of proposal
~40% due on the start date
~25% due upon halfway completion
~25% due upon completion

A start date window will be given (ie. 1st half of Month, 2nd half of Month) upon approval of
this proposal. If there is work to be done around electrical wires, PECO will install protective
covers on the wires and connections prior to the work being performed. Projects requiring
PECO coverage will be scheduled 8 weeks from approval of this proposal. When we receive
confirmation of the lines being covered, we will move your project up to the soonest available
date. If your project requires special ordered materials, they will be ordered upon approval of
this proposal. Your project will be scheduled upon anticipated delivery of special ordered
materials. For any projects requiring custom color coatings for stucco, we need color selections
in writing prior to scheduling. Start dates are tentative due to weather, the nature of exterior
work, and other variables. We will provide adequate notice for any schedule changes.

 All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike
manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications
involving extra costs will be executed upon written or verbal orders & will become an extra
charge over and above the estimate. All additional work shall be billed on a time and material
basis. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to
carry fire, tornado, theft, and other necessary insurance.

Acceptance of proposal - the above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and
are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as
outlined above. We understand that we have a seventy-two (72) hour period to review this
proposal after signing. If within this period of time we do not wish to continue we will notify
you by registered mail, postmarked within this time frame, & this proposal shall become null &
void. All deposits to be returned.
If the start date is sooner than the 72 hour period for review, notice must be given before the
start date.
All invoices past due will incur 1 ½% per month interest, 18% per annum- plus, any reasonable
costs to collect the same.

A Disciple Masonry yard sign can be displayed upon arrival when your project begins. The
sign will be shown throughout the duration of the project and approximately one week
thereafter.

 DISCIPLE MASONRY 1 YEAR WARRANTY
Disciple Masonry offers a 1 year warranty on all properly-maintained work completed by our team at no
additional cost. This warranty is limited to the specific tasks performed by Disciple Masonry as stated in the
proposal contract.

We want you to have confidence in and be satisfied with your project's final results.
We will warranty completed work starting upon the date of completion for a period of one year.
We request customers to notify Disciple Masonry as soon as possible upon noticing any issues with the completed
work.
We will make a good faith effort to make the necessary repairs within a three week window.

1 year warranty period will start upon completion of project and will go into effect once balance is paid in full.
