Avocado and Chicken Salad:

Ingredients:

 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast


 2 ripe avocados, diced
 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
 Juice of 1 lime
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Mixed salad greens (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, halved cherry
tomatoes, chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
2. Drizzle the lime juice over the salad and toss gently to combine.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve the avocado and chicken salad on a bed of mixed salad greens or as a
filling for wraps or sandwiches.
